Alex Rich is a Critics' Choice nominated actor best known for his lead performance as Pablo Picasso (ages 17 through 40) in National Geographic's Genius: Picasso, opposite Antonio Banderas. He has appeared in recurring roles on Netflix's GLOW and FX's The Patient alongside Steve Carell and Domhnall Gleeson.

A Stanford alumnus with a BA in Mandarin, Alex is fluent in three languages and moves between cultures, periods, and genres with an ease documented across his entire filmography. He started his creative life as a musician who competed on Chinese national television before a vocal cord injury led him to acting, bringing with him an ear for rhythm and an instinct for emotional honesty that defines his work on screen.
